Balfour Beatty Rail, Inc. built five new tracks of jointed 131# rail totaling nearly 3,000 track feet. The job included the building and installation of four No. 10 turnouts, construction of five earth mounds, building of four asphalt road crossings, and the surfacing and regulation of the entire project.
