Balfour Beatty Rail, Inc. was contracted to install 190 tons of
ballast; surface, line and dress 420 feet of track; raise, surface,
line and dress an additional 219 feet, and remove and install 215 wood
ties. In addition to the track work, the team performed a number of
bridge repairs.
