consecutive years (2007-2010) from the National Railroad Construction
and Maintenance Association (NRC). Zero Harm
Led by our parent company, Balfour Beatty plc, we are engaged in the
boldest safety initiative in the history of the construction industry –
we call it Zero Harm®. Launched globally in 2008, Zero Harm is more
than just a campaign – it’s a way of life. It is a way of taking our
already strong safety record to the next level, an unprecedented level
within our industry. Zero Harm means the goal of everyone
employed by the Balfour Beatty organization, subsidiaries,
subcontractors or partners, is to have no serious injuries and
long-term harm caused by our work.
