Balfour Beatty Rail, Inc. both self performs and subcontracts components of its projects depending on the best interests of the client. When subcontracting, we focus our expertise on hiring the best subcontractors for the task at hand.  We value the lasting relationships we have with our subcontracting partners. These relationships allow us to provide exceptional service to our clients, and they are becoming even more critical in today's vastly changing marketplace. Since these relationships are so critical to a project's success, we strive to create a team environment and align the interests of all parties on a project, before any project begins.

Our subcontractor prequalification process helps us to better identify and track the skills, services, and capabilities of each of our business partners. It also benefits you, as our partner, since it ensures the evaluation process is performed more consistently.  We understand the sensitive nature of our request and therefore limit access to the supplemental information that is submitted with the questionnaire.
